Terms of Service
1. Agreement and service operator
GTS Rose is an AI entertainment platform operated by the Ash Rose AI company. By selecting “I agree to the GTS Rose Terms of Service” and entering or using GTS Rose, you agree to this separate GTS Rose Terms version. If you do not agree, do not use GTS Rose.
2. Who may use GTS Rose
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a GTS Rose account, purchase a plan or credits, request image generation, or use mature features. You must also be legally permitted to use the service where you are located.
3. AI and fictional-content notice
GTS Rose provides AI-generated text, images, characters, memories, and fictional interactions. You are interacting with software, not a real person or licensed professional. AI may produce inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, offensive, or incomplete output. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not create, upload, roleplay, describe, encourage, or attempt to generate sexual or fetish content involving anyone under 18 or anyone presented as under 18; graphic gore involving them; sexual depictions of real people without their clear consent; sexual content involving actual animals; harassment, doxxing, stalking, malware, or unlawful content. These restrictions apply to all content, regardless of card type, labels, or fictional framing. GTS Rose may reject or remove content and restrict access for violations of these Terms.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for prompts, messages, uploads, images, names, backstories, character settings, memories, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and permit the service to process it to provide requested features.
6. Images and generated media
Character-card and scenario-card images initially use the Company’s Dream Engine image-generation flow. GTS Dream Images and image generation inside chat are not currently available. Character and scenario image quality, timing, availability, and storage are not guaranteed.
7. Accounts, subscriptions, and shared plans
Accounts work across Ash Rose and GTS Rose in both directions. You must be signed in to an email account to purchase plans or credits. Applicable paid plans and entitlements are shared across both sites. Plan names, prices, included features, renewal details, and cancellation options appear before purchase.
8. GTS Coins and GTS Tokens
GTS Coins and GTS Tokens are GTS Rose’s themed, on-site credits. They are not real currency and have no cash value. Their balances are shared with the corresponding Rose Coins and Ash Tokens balances on services owned or operated by Ash Rose AI. They cannot be transferred to another user or used outside services owned or operated by Ash Rose AI unless the Company discloses otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
Company systems, workers, third-party providers, models, and hosting may fail, slow down, disconnect, or change. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact response times, specific model behavior, exact media quality, or continuous availability.
10. Intellectual property
GTS Rose, including its design, branding, code, systems, workflows, and original materials, is owned by the Company or licensed to it. Subject to these Terms and third-party licenses, you may generally use generated output for personal use. You are responsible for determining whether a planned use is lawful and respects third-party rights.
11. Privacy and data
The Company processes account details; prompts, chats, uploads, generated responses, character settings, memories; plan, payment, and usage status; and technical, security, diagnostic, and service logs to operate GTS Rose and provide requested features. Payment information may be handled by payment processors. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in prompts.
12. Suspension and termination
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, payment avoidance, exploitation of technical bugs, harassment, prohibited content, or risk to users, providers, or the Company. Termination may result in loss of account features, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Warranty disclaimer
GTS Rose is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, and reliability.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; account loss; interruption; generated content; user conduct; payment-processor decisions; or third-party failures. Liability limits remain subject to rights that applicable law does not permit the Company to limit.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims and reasonable expenses arising from your use of GTS Rose, submitted content, violation of these Terms or law, or violation of another person’s rights.
16. Changes to these Terms
The Company may revise these Terms. When Ash Rose or GTS Rose Terms are updated, you must affirmatively accept the current Terms for both services before using gated features on either service. Each platform presents its own Terms, and accepting one platform’s Terms does not replace acceptance of the other platform’s Terms. The effective date and version identify the GTS Rose Terms you accepted.
